1. General Policy

All payments made to Rigital Business Directories for:


  • premium listings,

  • advertising,

  • promotional campaigns,

  • subscription plans,

  • digital services,

  • and other paid offerings

are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:


  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Payment deducted but service not activated

  • Technical error caused by the platform

  • Cancellation approved by Rigital management

Approved refunds will be processed after verification.


3. Non-Refundable Services

No refunds will be provided for:


  • completed digital services,

  • active subscriptions,

  • featured promotions,

  • advertising campaigns,

  • lead generation services,

  • business verification services,

  • or partially used plans.


4. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of recurring subscriptions before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically qualify for refunds of previous payments.


5. Refund Processing Time


If approved, refunds may take:

  • 7 to 15 business days

depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
